Meet Lisa

As a 55 year-old post menopausal woman, I know first-hand the heinous physical symptoms, the disorienting life changes and that bizarre feeling of not recognizing yourself both inside and out.

Through my own perimenopause transformation and decades of study as an Interspiritual Minister specializing in major life passages, I’ve been guiding women for more than 24 years to break old crusty rules that no longer serve us and to instead claim their unique strut.
