Quick Info & Sign-up Page
Join Interspiritual Minister Lisa Hunter in her six-week group experience to break rules that no longer fit us in midlife and menopause.
The menopause transition is a weird-ass time when everything in our bodies and lives is changing!
Discover how to leverage all the change into the very opening where you ditch what no longer serves you, and ignite the audacity for everything next that is a YES.
THIS is how you enjoy the f*ck out of menopause.
Zoom Online: All the camp goodness without the mosquitos.
This powerful 6 weeks is for WOMEN:
• In peri or post menopause.
• Who want to step out of old rules and ways of being that they are realizing no longer fit them.
• Who need to find their mojo again amidst all the changes of menopause and midlife.
• Who are ready to explore menopause and midlife as a major life passage where we become even more ourselves through sisterhood, somatic and experiential activities, ritual and ceremony.
• Who will benefit from the guidance of a seasoned Interspiritual Minister to use this sacred time in life as an opportunity to step into their new STRUT.
It’s time to buck the “shoulds” that we’ve lived for decades.
That’s what the menopause transition is really about.
What you’ll get from Camp:
• You’ll ditch the one big rule or way of being that you’re no longer willing to tolerate, especially as so much is changing in your life. (And who knows, you may ditch more than that ;)
• You’ll learn to overcome guilt or fear to cut loose what drains you and say yes to what lights you up.
• You’ll make bolder choices just because you want to - pleasures, new ways of being — no permission slip required.
• You’ll feel wildly yourself — unrestricted, unchained, unrestrained. The woman you’ve always been under the “shoulds” finally takes the stage. You’ll radiate that “I’m a whole vibe” kind of beauty, which is a happy side effect of breaking free from what no longer serves you
Maybe your urge is to:
Speak up and show up when you used to hide.
No longer center your actions around people pleasing.
Change up a relationship where you don’t feel seen or respected.
Claim your value in a situation where it hasn’t been recognized.
Follow a desire you would normally hold back.
Set boundaries that you’ve been needing to set.
Stop caring so much about what others think of you.
Break free of social norms about what it means to age.
Tell those age-shaming body image voices to fuck off.
Change your work so that it fits who you are now.
Receive more and do less.
Ditch your overdriven ways and have time to rest.
Live more wildly. Have the audacity to just go for it.
No longer worry about rocking the boat.
Or anything else that you want to break free of.

The menopause transition is a midlife adolescence where we rebel out of anything that isn’t true in our lives, and stand only for what truly turns us on. As physical changes make it undeniable that we’re aging, the urge emerges to nix what we’ve been “tolerating” in order to spend precious time and energy only on what really matters. Plus we now have decades of life experience under our belts to know the difference.
6 two-hour group sessions. Minimum 4 participants, maximum 13.
For a 6-session series starting March 2026.
We’re discovering the date/time that works for all who want to join in! Message me back to the email I sent, or let me know in this form here:

Lifetime Tickets To Our In-Person Summer Retreats
Whenever we have them. Typically it’s a summer all-day retreat once a year in Boulder, Colorado in a beautiful indoor space and on wild land to roam.
Meet your Free Your Menopause sisters in-person, and deepen all that you’ve been cultivating in our Free Your Menopause programs. Come again and again. Your retreat tickets are always free — just take care of food and lodging.
There’s nothing like in-person!
It’s optional, but oh babe, we really want you there.
“I was always trying to say the ‘right’ thing. Now I say whatever is my first instinct.”
After Free Your Menopause, I was inspired to go on a 28-day cross-country road trip by myself. From Calgary to Colorado to Seattle to Vancouver and back. Music blaring, windows down, hair flying back, it just felt like freedom.
Plus one of my stops was the Free Your Menopause in-person retreat.
I got into this groove: “Okay, life’s gonna happen and I’ve got all these tools I’ve learned now - if things go sideways, I know I can bring myself back to that feeling of confidence.” And it really helped to know that all the other babes in the group were out there cheering me on and excited about the trip too.
It’s also now easier for me to say things than ever before. Before the program, I was so worried about what others would think and I was always trying to say the “right” thing. Now I say whatever is my first instinct. If someone thinks it’s too much, who cares, that’s their problem not mine. I was not that way before the program!
- Maureen W.
“My voice and my courage to express who I truly am and what I want to create - that’s what the program freed up.”
I’m a professor and historian, and after Free Your Menopause, I put on an event called, “A May Day Celebration - In Honor Of Women’s Radical Dreams Of Emancipation”. Before , I wouldn’t have had the courage to design an event like that because it was an edgy thing to do in an academic setting: ‘What will people think, they’re gonna think I’m crazy because this is so not how you would normally do this.’
The sessions got me to the point where I COULD voice this vision even though it was unconventional. My voice and my courage to express who I truly am and what I want to create - that’s what the program freed up.
Another reason I felt the courage to truly express my vision - I was buoyed up by a whole group of peers who were cheering me on.
- Jennifer G.
“Now I give myself permission to really feel into what I need and desire… and ask for it.”
As someone who grew up people pleasing and fawning and making sure everything’s okay for everyone else, after Free Your Menopause I see how clicking back into all those old ways of being is bullshit.
Before I used to believe that bullshit, but not now it’s “Oh no, we did this for the first half of life already, and we are so done doing this.”
Now if I feel stuck or a way I don’t want to feel, I give myself permission to really feel into what I need and desire… and ask for it.
Also, being with the group has caused me to see myself through the lens of these beautiful women and to hear what they would tell me instead - how they would point out where my self-berating logic is flawed, and tell me to use my badassery to lift myself up out of those old tapes running in my head. Plus they would lift me up too.
- Krisha C.
“So much has rearranged to allow me to do the work that I’ve always known I’m here to do.”
“My heart feels so much support and the sweetness of having you all at my back. The change I really see in my life, a great, great thing that has shifted for me, is that I’ve opened to love in my relationship, and for me that’s, wow, that’s a very big shift. Allowing myself to trust in love. I have also started taking being in service to another level and have found a new partner to work with. I feel so full I can’t quite find the words but to keep it simple, I’m very grateful for the group and each of you.”
- Crystal L.
“I’m giving myself permission to be even more weird!”
“Because of the program I’m giving myself more permission to be even more weird! Like showing up with my clients and groups and just giving myself more freedom to be first-thought best-thought. With my social media feeds I actually lost some followers and I’m like great see ya and that’s different for me. That’s REALLY different.
Before the program, I felt mostly alone, so it felt so good to be with other women in the same place in life. It was a reminder - oh wow I have a lot to give and seeing that other women have a lot to give - we have a lot of wisdom to give the world and each other. I came away with confidence and also a lot more love for my aging changing body.
- Beth E.
“I’ve opened to love in my relationship.”
“I’m just so grateful to all of you, it’s hard not to get emotional. My life has shifted a lot and in such a supportive way that I can’t wait to keep moving forward. So much has rearranged to allow me to do the work that is so much bigger, and that I’ve always known I’m here to do. And although I don’t have everything planned and figured out, it’s happening and I’m just so grateful to you all for being part of this truly profound shift in my life and for walking the journey with me.”
- Eliana B.
“Inspiration to stand up and speak loud.”
This has been a sacred circle of women strengthening and nurturing each other, and what I’ve gotten from group is the courage, confidence, love, support and inspiration to stand up and speak loud.
- Shelby M.
