More about the 6 sessions:

Session 1, Feb. 26th: Break Free

  • Share about your biggest defining moments, lessons and wisdoms gained from the first half of your life.

  • Get to know your camp sisters by hearing about theirs too.

  • Spot the “rules” that have run your life (and start shedding the ones that no longer serve).

  • Feel the first flicker of freedom in saying, “I’m done with that” and “I’m ready for this instead.”

Session 2, March 5th: Get Unruly

  • Stoke the fire of your awakening — that new, rule-breaking self who’s ready to take up space.

  • Practice saying no where you used to cave and yes where you used to hesitate.

  • Discover what wants to be expressed through you now that you’ve peeled off old crusty expectations.

  • Start embodying a new way of being when you speak, make choices & move about in the world.

Session 3, March 12th: Honor & Open

  • Name what you’re releasing — roles, relationships, obligations, beliefs — so that you can fully step into awakening power.

  • Feel the weight lift as you recognize and honor what’s ending, leaving you lighter and ready to meet yourself on new ground.

Session 4, March 19th: Super Heroine Mojo

  • Identify the biggest challenge or turning point of your peri or post menopause years.

  • Reframe that “hard thing” as your portal — the exact fire forging your next-level strength.

  • Name the strength this challenge is calling up in you, knowing it is key for your most wildly fulfilling next chapter.

  • Step into ownership of that power instead of shrinking from it.

Session 5, March 26th: The Strut

  • Design your Signature Strut — the physical walk that expresses your new confidence and energy. Then literally walk it.

  • Craft your Signature Mantra to keep you rooted in your strength no matter what’s going on. Then voice it.

  • Feel that surge of “oh hell yes, here I am” every time you do these practices with your camp sisters cheering you on.

Session 6, April 2nd: Embodied Action

  • Celebrate the rules you’ve broken and the truths you’ve begun to live.

  • Witness and be witnessed in the power you now own.

  • Anchor your new strength in a real-world action that marks the start of your next adventure.

  • Leave with a new way of walking through life (and menopause) as the badass babe that you are.

Feb. 26th + March 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th + April 2nd, 2026
Zoom at 12p PT / 1p MT / 2p CT / 3p ET / 8p BST / 5a Sydney next day.

Registration closes at 12 pm Midnight Wednesday eve, Feb. 25th
